Fiddes Rooms was set up by Matt Fiddes, himself a young professional, after trying to help a friend find low cost accommodation in the area and at the time all that was in his price range were low standard Bedsits. After carrying our market research, it became obvious that there was a real need for better quality housing for young professionals, who were perhaps moving to the area, didn’t know anyone and couldn’t afford a property of their own. Working alongside Midwinter Koval, Matt bought his first property and the response was amazing. The property filled up very quickly and from then, the portfolio has had to grown continuously to keep up with demand. Why? Simple – Matt has set up the properties the way he would want to live. From cotemporary furniture including leather sofas to Sky TV and broadband, there is nothing that tenants should want for.
